State Wide EB5 Regional Center
State Wide EB5 Regional Center is the premier EB-5 regional center for the entire state of Texas. We were formed in January 2014 and approved by the United States Customs and Immigration Services (USCIS) as a qualified participant in the EB-5 program.
At State Wide EB5 Regional Center, we are dedicated to helping foreign investors obtain permanent residency in the United States through the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program. The EB-5 program allows foreign investors to invest in a new commercial enterprise or in a regional center that is involved in the promotion of economic growth. By investing at least $800,000 in a project located within a Targeted Employment Area (TEA), foreign investors and their immediate family can obtain a green card and eventually become permanent residents of the United States.
