Welcome to State Wide EB5, the premier EB-5 regional center in Texas. We are dedicated to helping foreign investors obtain permanent residency in the United States through the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program.
The EB-5 program allows foreign investors to invest in a new commercial enterprise or in a regional center that is involved in the promotion of economic growth. By investing at least $800,000 in a project located within a Targeted Employment Area (TEA), foreign investors and their immediate family can obtain a green card and eventually become permanent residents of the United States.
As an EB-5 regional center, we identify and manage qualified investment opportunities in various industries, including real estate, manufacturing, and hospitality, among others. We also provide support to investors throughout the EB-5 process, including helping them to secure financing and navigating the immigration process.
